What was the biggest challenge you've encountered and how do you handle it?

I need a lot of stimulation. I like being exhausted and busy. This means I’m rarely still, and after a few weeks I crash and feel depleted. So I'm trying to set a day each week, usually Wednesday, when I don't schedule anything and take every pain to be as still and quiet as possible during the day. I still work, but I don't take meetings or phone calls, and I listen to classical music and cook myself lunch (maybe the only meal I cook during the week).
